It’s a mouthful but I’m quite proud of it all the same. For those times when a “normal” move or even a normal wrestling move generator just won’t cut it, check out the Extreme Random Professional Wrestling Move Generator.

The post below was written and put up in an auxillary site after the PWSE domain expired and it was decided to let the PWSE fade into history. I am more or less still of that opinion, though I will put up a few links and pages to help people that are looking for sims, find them. I’ve decided on a simple blog so I can add entry/posts or static pages, which should allow for easy, fast and clear relaying of information with a minimum of hassle and effort. -JP

So, you may be asking yourself, “What the HELL happened?!” I could say “it’s a long story” and be justified in that response, but since I have some free time and figure this needs to be done sometime, here it is. As most “regular” PWSE visitors likely know, professional wrestling, and professional wrestling simulators hit their peak in the late 90’s, naturally, so did the PWSE. Since then, wrestling, wrestling sims and sites related to them have begun a slow and gradual fade back into the background, out of direct mainstream sight. Many fans will remember the countless articles and forum posts indicating, questioning or outright proclaiming “Sims are dead”, as the beginning of this slide back into obscurity. This, along with the lack of incentive and free time of myself or Stuart Smith, PWSE co-owner at the time, lead to the exceptionally rare updates and even rarer SIGNIFICANT updates or sim-related news.

This would be more for the wrestling fans; it’s an entertaining trip down memory lane, waxing nostalgic about the different wrestling video games available to us in the 20th Century - 80’s Wrestling Games, including such classics as MatMania and Pro Wrestling.
